Fear: Your uninvited guest
There is a fellow who lives with you day and night. He sleeps, wake, goes to office, travels eats with you. There is a possibility that he is there with you even now when you are reading this blog. In the evening when you lose yourself in some activity like swimming or walking in a park you might temporarily forget this fellow, but all of a sudden when you look around you again find this fellow at your side.
Can you name this fellow which is your constant companion all day long? It is none other than “FEAR”. You have given him so much power that he has become your master and enjoys full authority over you. You have become puppet that moves around him as subordinate moves around boss, in spite of the fact that you hate him and want to get rid of him
Fear is one enemy who robs us of all the joys. Our worries and fear about the future prevents us from experiencing the joy and happiness which exists here right now .Our search for fulfillment in our life can be successful only to the extent that we understand and overcome our fear
What is the dragon called fear? Fear is nothing but the anticipation of loss or harm to one’s sense of ‘I –ness or ego
